  • Industrial-Organizational Psychology – introduction to the field of industrial and organizational psychology.
  • Psychology of Leadership – intended to begin or enhance students’ thinking about what leadership is, and apply it to their lives inside organizations, in their personal lives, and in in their communities.

 

Associate Member of the Graduate Faculty University of North Carolina, Charlotte, (December, 2008 – Present)

  • Micro Organizational Science II – examine research, theory and application regarding post-entry personnel issues including (but not limited to) job design; training and development; performance management and appraisal; employee socialization; mentoring; and diversity/inclusion.
  • Leadership and Leadership Development –begin or enhance students’ thinking about what leadership and leadership is, and apply it to their work inside organizations.

 

Adjunct Instructor Wake Forest University Business School, (January, 2012 – May, 2012)

  • Dynamics in Organizations – introduction central theories and frameworks in management theory; understanding of how to apply them to analyze and address real management problems.

 

Adjunct Assistant Professor North Carolina A&T State University, (January, 2007 – December 2012)

  • Quantitative Research – introduction to the field of quantitative research through the development of a knowledge base and an application of research skills and methodologies required to select, read, and interpret relevant professional literature.
  • Computer-Aided Research – introduction to relevant statistical analyses (e.g., correlation, regression, ANOVAs) used for research via statistical packages including SPSS.
  • Statistical Applications and Interpretations – an overview course of different statistical methods and measurement issues, including multiple and polynomial regression, moderation and mediation, multivariate statistics, scale development and factor analysis, and nonparametric tests.
